So, we finished the floor. It was the hardest strip to do because it went under the dishwasher, under the cabinets and then under the range. That part actually went fairly decent. Moving things to lay those pieces did not. I could not figure out why in the world the dishwasher wouldn't cleanly just roll out. When in doubt, pull harder, right? Once I finally figured out why it wouldn't come, it was too late. The clips that hold the dishwasher to the counter were getting caught behind the counter - 1 broken, 1 almost. It DID NOT make me happy, it DID make me want to scream out choice words. Bottomline though...floor is done! -T
Earlier, someone stole the old sink out of our old countertop, just like they had stolen our old dishwasher and old range previously. I bet they'll be disappointed when we don't have anything exciting out with our trash this week.
